Meet Caitlin (She/Her)
Caitlin offers a space where you can truly be yourself, free from judgment, a place where you are heard, supported, and encouraged to explore what matters most to you. Her work is grounded in humanistic values and trauma-informed care, honoring your unique path every step of the way. She believes healing happens within a trusting, collaborative relationship where you are empowered to set the pace and direction of your growth.
While Caitlin supports individuals facing a variety of challenges, she has advanced training in EMDR and perinatal mental health. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, loss, and pregnancy after loss. She also works with those facing perfectionism, work-life balance struggles, depression, anxiety, and has a special place in her heart for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Above all, Caitlin sees therapy as a place to come home to yourself—with compassion, curiosity, and courage.
Growing up, I was the person people gravitated towards and trusted with their inner pain and turmoil. I have a natural curiosity for people’s stories and their capacity for change. But ultimately, it was my own work in therapy that led me to pursue this career path. I hoped to pay it forward and be the person I needed when I was younger.
Why Therapy?
I have spent my career helping people on their path to healing in a variety of settings. I have worked as a research assistant studying the effects of childhood trauma on the brain. A grief counselor for a nonprofit, joining children and families on their grief journey. A case manager in an inpatient facility, helping those of all ages find community resources, and most recently as an adolescent therapist for teens in emotional crisis in an inpatient facility.
Previous Occupations
What I love most about counseling is walking with people on their path to healing. My clients continue to inspire me, and I am humbled to be invited into their world.
